1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website of Murfreesboro Pro Electric (electricianmurfreesborotn.us) or contracting our electrical services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable state and federal laws.
2. Electrical Services & Estimates
All electrical services, including repairs, installations, panel upgrades, and emergency responses, are performed by Tennessee-licensed electricians. Estimates provided online or over the phone are non-binding until an on-site physical evaluation is conducted and a formal written agreement is executed.
3. Permits & Code Compliance
Where required by the City of Murfreesboro or Rutherford County building codes, electrical permits will be pulled by Murfreesboro Pro Electric. Work is performed in accordance with the 2023 National Electrical Code (NEC) and local utility standards.
4. Payment & Warranties
Payment is due upon completion of services rendered unless otherwise specified in writing. We offer workmanship warranties on installed equipment and labor in accordance with written service agreements.
5. Limitation of Liability
Murfreesboro Pro Electric shall not be liable for pre-existing electrical code violations, hidden wiring damage, utility grid fluctuations, or unpermitted work performed by prior contractors or property owners.
