1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website (electricianmurfreesborotn.us) or hiring Murfreesboro Pro Electric for electrical work, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services & Quotations
Murfreesboro Pro Electric provides licensed residential and commercial electrical contracting services in Murfreesboro, TN and Rutherford County. All written estimates are valid for 30 days from issuance.
3. Permits & Inspections
All work requiring permits will be filed with the applicable municipal or county authority in accordance with Tennessee law and National Electrical Code standards.
4. Workmanship Standards & Limitation of Liability
Murfreesboro Pro Electric upholds high professional standards for all electrical installations and repairs:
- Workmanship Standards: All labor, wiring splices, circuit landings, and equipment mounting performed by our technicians are completed in strict compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards. If an installation defect related to our workmanship arises, we return to inspect and correct the issue promptly.
- Permit & Code Compliance: On all permitted work filed with municipal or county building and codes departments, we coordinate inspection procedures and complete any necessary code adjustments required for final approval.
- Manufacturer Equipment Warranties: All installed hardware (Generac standby generators, Square D breaker panels, Tesla/ChargePoint EV chargers, Type 2 surge protectors) carries manufacturer parts warranties ranging from 3 to 10 years. We register all equipment warranties and provide physical or digital warranty certificates to the client.
- Upfront Estimate Policy: The total price specified on your approved written estimate is transparent. No hidden dispatch fees, travel surcharges, or unapproved overtime penalties will be applied. Unforeseen concealed structural defects or client-requested changes will only be performed following a written and signed change order.
Warranties exclude client misuse, tampering by unauthorized third parties, unpermitted prior modifications, normal component wear (e.g., consumable light bulbs), or catastrophic damage caused by severe weather force majeure events (direct lightning strikes or utility line drops exceeding equipment ratings).
